Do you need a permit to get married or have wedding photos taken in Banff National Park?

Yes, weddings and professional photography in Banff National Park require permits from both Parks Canada and the Town of Banff. As your Banff wedding photographers, Timeless Tales Creatives handle all permit applications on your behalf. Both the Parks Canada commercial photography permit and the Town of Banff permit are included in every collection. You do not need to navigate this process alone — we have done it many times and we manage everything so you can focus entirely on your day.
